"it is a good stop over to volcano national park. about 20 mins drive. the property is okay. it was well kept. the room was gorgeous but the mattress was terrible. it is hard and gave me backache. the breakfast can be made better. the staff is nice. "

"Die Zimmer/Häuser sind riesig, auch Familien haben mehr als genug Platz. Highlight ist die Außendusche, vor allem und gerade auch bei schlechterem Wetter. Der Blick über den See, herrlich. Toll fanden wir auch, dass man das Essen an einer langen Tafel einnimmt und so Menschen aus aller Welt kennenlernt. "Slechtste “hotel” ever. Alleen cashbetalingen zonder bonnetje, geen WiFi, geen warm water, smerige badkamer, geen restaurant beschikbaar, beveiliging gaat nog voor 18:00 uur naar huis en laat de poort wijd open. Staat niet juist op de kaart aangegeven. Gaten in muskietennet. Enige goede punt is een koelkast beneden met koud bier bij gebrek aan maaltijd. Ongelofelijk dat dit hotel nog bestaat. "

"I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. "
