"Room was clean the kitchen had all utensils we needed . Ac worked fine. , a lot of bees and bugs present,add a couple more fire pits for smoke. "

"Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good with multiple options. We had dinner at the restaurant right on site. This hotel is on a quiet street and is close to Ticonderoga attractions. We would stay there again. "

"Very clean, very family owned resort. The Helluva deli next door is not to be missed! Pool is gorgeous and so clean. You have to walk down a steepish hill to the lake but it’s beautiful and they have a telephone to use if you want a golf cart ride back up. They have a keurig coffee maker and small fridge and microwave. Very close to the downtown, I recommend taking a ferry cruise down there for sure. Lots of fun mini golf courses around. "Another great stay! I brought yet another new friend along and she loved it too. We kayaked in 13th Lake, shopped in North Creek, hiked Peaked Mountain, had lots of laughs on our girls trip. Owners are always pleasant and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. I love catching up with them each visit, and also love the dogs!"
