"Amazing experience and we loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite. Mario was great and always super helpful. The food was good, but I recommend bringing your own snacks if you have growing children that need a snack every so often. "The house is beautiful and better than expected but you don’t have access to the lake to swim and you also don’t have a washer or dryer (FYI) but they let us do one load which was nice. This review honestly deserves 5 stars but I could only give it 4 because they recommended a driver named Lino and we got scammed. We agreed on a price for a ride to Hobbitenango and half way in the trip the price changed and he essentially held our luggage hostage until we paid the new price. Very unprofessional....
