"This property was beautiful! We stayed here for a weekend getaway & had a relaxing time. Being tucked away in the trees and able to disconnect was nice. I wasnt expecting the bedrooms to be all connected which was a fun surprise for us! We decided we would come back again in a different season because we liked the vibe so much! Everything as far as toilet paper, paper towel, tin foil, dish soap, sponges etc was provided which was great. Everything was clean & host was responsive!"

"This was the perfect spot for our sister in laws getaway! The host provided a lot of information prior to our stay on how to access the unit, events in the area, and what to expect. I messaged in advance to ask if there was a coffee grinder and there was a brand new one waiting for us when we arrived. "The suite was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Including sharp knives, and lots of pots and pans. The king bed in the master was comfortable, firm, with little to no motion transfer between people. There was ample space for our family of 5. We enjoyed our stay."

"We are a family of 6 who had a lovely summer stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with all the facilities a family would need. A fully equipped kitchen with so many appliances, a huge fridge and stove plus we really appreciated having a large washer and dryer. It was a lovely walk to the Folding Moutain Brewery for dinner and an accessible drive to Jasper National Park. "Was a great place for a family stay! There were 8 adults and 4 kids. "

Adequate space for all of us, and our hosts were so gracious and accommodating to every need, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything and more! "The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp."

"Over the last 4 years we have visited Mystic Springs a few times a year. My family and I love coming here and always feel at home at Mystic Springs. The outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is fantastic and no matter what time of year we have visited (even in the middle of winter) we have enjoyed using these facilities. The location is great, can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and to the main part of town. The condo was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay...

"Jocelyn was exceptionally responsive to our every question and need, and she was an absolute delight to deal with. The new hot tub was lovely, but it was not chemically up to par yet to actually enjoy. I have every confidence she'll work with her hot tub guy and get it crystal clear! The listing said there would be coffee and firewood available, but there wasn't, but no big deal. Overall the home provided all that we needed for a great get-away."

"Loved the location - easy to find. Nice touches in the home itself. Lots in the cupboards to accomodate short or long stays. Appliances were all very clean and easy to use. Patio door to the pool was easy to get to - we spent a lot of time swimming. Nicely maintained and delightful in the cool, autumn air. The trek to downtown might've been more than 5 minutes, but a nice walk and downtown was very fun. There was no pass to Banff Nat'l Park included, if some are aiming for that. ...

"El hotel es muy bonito, las recámaras son amplias, las camas muy cómodas. Si no cuentas con auto te ofrecen pases para utilizar los autobuses locales (rura1 y 2) de manera gratuita. Tienen convenios con algunos restaurantes y otros lugares de la zona y te dan descuentos o postres gratis."

Colchón viejo

"Recepción pequeña, incómoda y con una música tan fuerte que apenas se escuchaba al empleado. Habitación suite de 2 dormitorios con cocina y salón con sofá cama. Y 2 aseos, el principal con ducha y buena encimera. El de la buhardilla es pequeño solo wc y lavabo. Pero lo más molesto es el extractor de ventilación que hace un ruido que te deja sordo. No puedes elegir su uso porque va en un único interruptor con la luz del aseo. El colchón de la cama de la buhardilla estaba muy hundido, sensación muy incómoda de resbalar al centro de la cama toda la noche. En esta habitación solo hay interruptor de luz en un lado de la cama, el otro tendrá que levantarse a oscuras. Sin aire acondicionado, Hay un ventilador de pie que salva la situación de calor pero rompe la estética. La escalera de acceso a la habitación superior tiene la huella muy pequeña. Solo cabe medio pie. Bastante peligroso subir con la maleta. "
