"This is my second time staying here and I will stay here whenever it’s available for my trips to Dartmouth. It’s comfortable, quiet, close to downtown and the ferry to Halifax. The owner is on site and communication is clear. Lots of amenities in both units as I’ve stayed in both and they are very clean and we maintained. Parking on site. Such a great spot. "

"Good sized bedrooms w/ good mattresses, 5 minute walk to ferry; row of restaurants 3 blocks away but kitchen trash can was full, floors were dirty. No curtain on best room facing main street, bathroom smells,closets and shelves are mostly full, kitchen has no stove or hot plate."

"We stayed here for 1 night, beautiful view of the bay of Fundy. We were travelling with our 2 yorkies, so we really got our exercise, we were on the 3 floor, no public elevator so a lot of stairs, property was lovely. "

"This is an incredibly beautiful place to stay. It is meticulously clean and charmingly decorated. Everything you could want is included in the kitchen and bath. The bed is really comfortable, good blinds darken the room for sleeping, and it includes places to put your suitcases out of sight. Pam is so warm and friendly. I just can't say enough good things!! Unit is in a prior commercial or retail space so not best outside appeal but was quiet and safe while we were there 2 days. Other units in the building. Good value. Clean and comfortable. "

"The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "
