"Check in process was easy, contact with the host was good, parking was also on site and available as well. Only complaint is the bed is pretty squeaky and the towels had a weird smell. Other than that would definitely recommend this."

"Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! "

"Perfect location for me because it was quiet and private. This is a unique and beautiful neighborhood bordering BLM forest. This small home has a very comfortable floorplan, beds, seating and great amenities. Loved the kitchen appliances. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. "

"This little bungalow is clean, quiet and very comfortable. We happened to be there during the most amazing lightning storm which was great to view from the wide deck. The air conditioning was such a great amenity after having a lot of sun exposure. The property was a little off the beaten path, so I might not recommend staying here if you need to constantly do activities in downtown grass valley, yuba river, nevada city and need to go home frequently for naps, work, or outfit changes.
