"This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "This is a very practical villa for family groups as it is made up of 2 apartments - downstairs 2 bedrooms and upstairs 3 bedrooms. It’s clean, modern and well equipped with a beautiful pool. We were there in summer so aircon in all rooms greatly appreciated!"

"Good location. The house was good, but could have been outstanding with a few personal touches. We were not told about the electricity card in advance. The photos show a 3rd room but it was not available so my adult kids had to share a room. The power went out one evening. I would have appreciated coffee or another welcome amenity. I would suggest beach towels. But overall very nice location."
