"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was a good home base for exploring and visiting family nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was lovely to be able to look out the many windows and see the ocean or catch sight of several deer in the mornings. The host was helpful with a phone call to check in (and communication beforehand to answer questions), and the caretakers Cathie & BJ went above and beyond - very hospitable and friendly. "The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"The house was amazing! Very modern and state of the art but extremely comfortable. Immaculately clean. The water views and sunsets were incredible. Hosts were very attentive to questions. The only downside, there were six adults and the hot water didn’t last beyond two showers."

"The house is clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated with lots of space. All amenities were available. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable, with a view of the ocean. Large windows and patio for great ocean views. Quiet location that offered scenic drives and was central to other day trips in the area. "

"Home wad built in 1947 and is dated, original kitchen and and home had a musty smell. No throw pillows or blankets for sofas, no wine or beer glasses, no coffee table erc. Electrial not up to date, had to turn everything of when not home because it was considered a fire hazard. For the price expected more from VRVO."

"This was one of our best vacations. We love to be by ourselves. The Rv is on its own big property connected to a wonderful beach. With two bedrooms, two bads, kitchen und seating area, the trailer has everything you need. A big deck and a hottub, which we really enjoyed. Pots, pans, airfryer, toaster, coffee maker and a huge fridge with freezer. Because the next shopping option is in Antigonish ( 30 min) away. I recommend that if you come like us with the pkane, to stop at the grocery store...
