"Though we clearly listed 1 adult, 3 children on the reservation and received a rate based on those numbers, the hotel charged an additional fee for 3rd child. Desk attendant said fees were based on 2 adults, 2 children. This makes no sense at all. "

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable home, located halfway between Ballston Spa and Saratoga Springs. Located in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of towels, and toiletries were supplied."
