"Jim and Jae truly have a slice of paradise on Lake Ann. Jim greeted us as we pulled in to their beautiful property overlooking the lake. This unit offers breathtaking views with large windows facing the lake. We loved our morning coffee on the private deck. The lake was quiet and perfect for fishing off their deck or from a boat. "We had a great stay at this property. The communication with management was easy and responsive in a timely manner. The house itself featured comfortable beds, cozy linens, great water pressure, and a nice backyard. Having a fully fenced-in backyard was awesome while traveling with our dog. From this location in Cave Springs, you can get to numerous other hot spots in NWA in 15 to 20 minutes easily. "

"This was a beautiful new home in a perfect location to all the restaurants and college. Communication was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue and it was small was the floors hadn’t seemed to have been cleaned very well. Other than that, everything else was clean and beds and we’re all super comfortable. "Our host Shirley was very accommodating. We moved in from out of town and needed temporary housing for a couple of weeks. The location was excellent given we were walking distance from a bike trail, several grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. Also we had a splash pad 3-minute drive from the house for our kids. Lastly there were plenty of games, ping pong and foosball to keep everyone entertained. This was our first VRBO stay and it was a positive one."
