"Fantastic views of the Smith River from the hot tub and dining room and which was just a staircase away! Liked having an EV charger and a clean house with a kitchen that had plenty of utensils, plates and cookware (we would have loved a kettle!). Please fix the fishing rod situation as only 1 was in working order out of the 6. It was also extremely cold in the house when we arrived and the water had not been turned on."

"This was our second stay at this location. Our daughter got engaged the first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This time we met a cousin and his wife for a week of relax and recharge. The location is fantastic. The house is comfortable. We did have a couple intrusive neighbors this time but not too over the top. A couple items we noticed: very poorr lighting throughout the house, the master bed needs flipped At the very least, and the hedges in front have grown so much...

"We visited this property in the winter for our visit to nearby Redwood National Park. This cute property is tucked away nicely amongst the trees and even comes with its own chicken and rooster population. The converted barn was a little cold on our first day but the space heater Aneka left heated the room up very nicely. Communication with Aneka was a breeze and she was very responsive over text. She was also a lifesaver when my car wouldn't start on my last day and even drove me to a hardware...

"It would have been more enjoyable if it was summer! Especially the hot tub in the backyard was great since the backyard is the part of redwood forest. We couldn't use it since it was cold. Clean and beautiful, but it feels smaller than the pictures posted. The bedroom on the rooftop is so cramp. The windows without shades in the bedroom bothered me. No shampoo provided. Overall great property!"
