"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). "Perhaps the only 5-star property when in Katoomba. Staff were courteous and friendly, the over hotel vibe honed a rather old British look. Very clean, some parts seem dated and a bit stiff. Gorgeous garden, especially around the outdoor pool."

Great communication from friendly staff
"Explained the whole process of after hours entry to building when shut and early checkout out when shut which was handy. Also received text messages directly from the hotel if something had happened there (eg lifts not working) then another when they worked again. So great communication"
