"The accommodation was as described and ver clean. We did notice that the dining chairs had lost their support and were very sagging. Unfortunately during our stay the living room curtain rail fell to the floor. This was due to its age and a number of broken brackets. Management was very prompt in attending but the curtains could not be put back up. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Clyde View and would not hesitate to go back. We were staying in a seafront Villa which undeoubtedly played a large part in our enjoyment of the park. Breakfast on the veranda to the sound of the sea and local birdlife was truly memorable. Our particular villa had been very well maintained. This sort of accommodation can have a hard life but there was no sign of that here. It was well equiped and imaculately clean. We would not hesitate to book the same villa at...

"The "seamless" no-contact check-in procedure was not seamless. We could not enter our Australian post code into the pre-registration form nor our Australian phone number. We called and they took the number over the phone and said they would send us to code to get in the room by 11:00 the day of. By 11:30, we had to call again to remind them.
