I would have given this property a higher rating and truthfully property itself is great, but the issue is the communication received prior to arriving said parking permit would be located in the room upon arrival. It also said the attendant working would not be able to help us. It mentioned to use the elevators inside the building showing floors 16-28 (our floor was 25) those elevators were actually not turned on for use. We had to ask the attendant and she directed us to use another set of elevators in the same area labeled for certain floors. The elevators in the parking garage do not work either. Be prepare to take the stairs up and down. The communication states Without the parking permit you will be towed. Checked into the rental and made it to the room and there was no parking permit. Email gave specific instructions on who to contact with any issues. It never stated only to contact her Mon-Fri and considering we rented this unit for the weekend providing a guest a contact number for me to text or call proved to be useless on the weekend. We called customer support and she too was uncertain of the parking rules and went as far to say “oh you should be okay” to park anywhere. The tow truck driver will get out and review the video cameras to see if you typed in a code or used a scan code to get in the garage and your shouldn’t be towed. Very contradictory to what the email said. She said she would have the property manager contact me the next morning that never happen
