"Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Ha Do Centrosa was nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. A lady arrived an hour later, briefly handed us the key, and rushed off. Inside, the bed sheets were used and stained, with no towels or toilet paper provided. My wife developed a rash from the dirty bedding—thankfully, we found a pharmacy for...

"The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next...

"Communication was good with host. Apartment was clean and had a magnificent view (20th floor). Easy check in with code. Everything worked well and new appliances. The problem is that the apartment was NOT the one listed and nothing like on pictures. No night tables and no decoration. The worst part is that it was with a rooftop pool but the pool is closed for many years now. This part was very disappointing, the rest was good. "
