Errins place is wonderful, location can't be beat for downtown Burlington access and is only a few blocks from Champlain College. VERY WALKABLE! Having a designated parking spot behind the house is super convenient. The 2 bedroom apartment is clean, well appointed and has good space. Highly recommend. "

"There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...

We couldn't figure out how to get the tv to cable or to hook up the DVD player so we could use it. We didn't put the trash out to be collected because we didn't know when they were coming.
