"Everything was top notch. Anything and everything you could want is here. We brought my grandmother for her 87th birthday and it was perfect. We felt like we were way further away than an hour and a half outside of Houston. We really enjoyed swimming, spending time with the animals and the peace of the country side. "If you want an awesome weekend get away that isn't too far from your home, I highly highly recommend this place, especially with kids! My kids had so much fun paddle boarding, fishing, playing with the cows and other animals, chasing after the turkeys and peacocks, and playing with Bailey and Biscuit the farm dogs who are super friendly! "We enjoyed our stay at Milk & Honey. The Casita was clean, offered a comfortable place to sleep and lots of outdoor activities. We do believe the rental of a casita should automatically include a golf cart as parking isn’t close to the casitas which makes unloading difficult. The houses have basic kitchen utensils but if you plan to do more than just basic cooking, you will need items for the stove top.
