"The house was very roomy and clean. We thought it was deceiving as for the distance to the beach. From the photos and verbage, we thought the house was on the sandy beach. For me it was more than 460 steps!! "

"We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. "

"Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit."
