"This bnb is wonderful. The hosts are so welcoming and easy to talk to. Breakfast was soooo good and if you’re lucky enough to score on the scones get ready for the best you’ve ever eaten imo. Bedroom was clean, comfortable and private. It felt like home. The pool was perfect and just relaxing in an environment that’s so peaceful was exactly what we needed in such a noisy world. Will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable stay."

"The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred."

We loved the spacious house, and the patio area is fabulous, with a large lawn, the pool/spa which the young grandkids enjoyed for hours, and the grill and table where we enjoyed most meals. Super close to a grocery store, Lego Land and several other fun and kid-friendly places. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!"

"We had a wonderful small family/friends gathering to celebrate a family members birthday. The property and home were perfect for all ages to enjoy. The indoor pool and game room were a big hit and the accommodations for those who stayed over were very comfortable. An added plus was the privacy and wooded nature of the surroundings.
