"Our family of four adults loved the location of the property in Perkins Cove and the wonderful deck view overlooking the cove/ocean, as well as the newness/cleanliness of the unit and ease of checking in. The owner was also responsive to our request for a lobster pot and crackers that were on the amenity list, but not found within the property. Our minor annoyances pertained to the thin floors/ceilings that amplified noises from the garage opener in the basement over the MBR and young children...

"Our group of 10 adults and 11 children (ages 1 to 16) had plenty of room in the Villa. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beautiful views. Nadine arranged dinners for us, including a special 47th wedding anniversary, which was extra special. Great stay overall!"
