"A very nice house with comfortable beds in a great neighborhood. Hot tub was relaxing and worked well in a very nice backyard to have evening drinks on the patio. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!"

"The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. "

"overall impression is very old property. minor upgrades can help and upgrade cleaning products. I like the property managers, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean however smelled like very strong bleach which is harmful to some with sensitive skin. Suggest using vinegar and dish soap as alternative. Paint the rooms to keep clean not just touch up. The mirror, put decal frames to upgrade it. There was mold in the restroom where the shower splashed the door frame, and underneath the...
