"Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a great location. I was in town for medical reasons and only needed to park in the area in the evening. I was able to find free parking on the street easily between 6pm -9am. The only negative was the music noise from the Orange Theory Fitness gym below my 2nd floor apartment that started at 5am. "

"Quiet neighborhood, nice house. We enjoyed the pool. Furnishings could use updating and cookware needs to be replaced. It would have been helpful to know we were to provide toilet tissue and trash bags. We also would have liked to know the bedroom for 4 is in a detached part of the house."

"This was an excellent property and close to the place where I needed to work. At first I was skeptical about the security of the street side door to the sidewalk but nothing happened. Blackout curtains would be an option. And adding a rug or two would make it more comfortable. Otherwise it is beautifully designed and comfortable. "

"Owner responds quickly to any communications, it’s a great location location, saw an Owl in one of the oaks that overhangs the street. Pictures are accurate and a great representation of the rental unit. Definitely no issues with humidity, the owner has fixed any issue you read about in earlier reviews."

"Can’t beat the location! The house was in walking distance to King St and several coffee/food spots. We enjoyed the neighborhood and how easy it was to get around. The house was very spacious and nice. My only complaint was the ice dispenser on the fridge seemed to be broken and the water dispenser was so slow it almost seemed it was broken too. In addition, you could hear any noise the upstairs tenants made. Not sure if this is all year round, but the construction around the home started very...

"This gorgeous property was a perfect fit a 4-person girls' trip! We loved waking up and drinking coffee on the porch as we gazed at the beach. We were able to quickly get to plenty of Sullivan's Island spots but Charleston wasn't far at all. We'd love to return!"
