"Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. "

"A nice and more affordable option for those visiting North Lake Tahoe. The Granlibakken has an old-school Tahoe vibe, which can be both charming and dated. This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this place!The location is great, 5 minutes drive to the beach. Walking and biking trails start right outside the HOA complex. The property was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies for cooking family meals. Would love to stay at this place again!"

"Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it."

"Beautifully decorated condo in lovely gated community. We so enjoyed sitting out on the 2nd floor deck overlooking the meadow. Short walk to one of the prettiest and most family friendly beaches at Tahoe. "

"I would like to see the property after construction is completed. The condo itself is quite nice and reasonably close to all Lake Tahoe offers. It is a drive to restaurants and nightlife. I personally loved the location and there is a fantastic place for drinks and food just down the mountain. I would not hesitate to come back."

"Everything was well equipped. (Am immersion blender would have been nice). Wi fi good. TV volume was too low and could not adjust. Few lightbulbs missing. A broken dining chair. Just a few helpful hints. Overall, our stay was great."
