If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. House located 100ft from the beach, Marcie was super responsive and everything in the renovated interior was beach themed: shells in glass jars, pictures, interior colors, even books. "What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. We were just 100 yards or a couple of minutes walk to a near deserted, clean beach with clear turquoise waters, and beautiful sunsets. "Wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. Direct view of the ocean from the living room, very short walk to the lovely beach, pool was great too. Place is decorated nicely, has lovely vaulted ceilings, well stocked with kitchen goods, bedding/pillows, and even a wide variety of puzzles. Fast and courteous communication with the owner."
