"Stayed over Christmas with friends and family and had an amazing time! Paul and Patrick/Patrice were super easy to work with and super friendly. The house came with everything you need and more! We are definitely coming back very soon!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The villa was perfect for 4 people. Very clean, with an easy path to the beach. The beach chairs were helpful. It was centrally located to most amenities and restaurants etc. It's a newly renovated villa, so my only future requests would be a few more bath towels and wash cloths (had a washer though so it worked out) and perhaps a couple of folding luggage racks that could easily be stored if not in use. We would rent this villa again, it really was very nice! "

"February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!"

"The property really is just as the photos show. Kyrene is very helpful and pleasant. The only real negatives for us were the bed pillows (we all have different preferences) and we had to boil water to wash dishes as the water never got hot from the kitchen faucet. We would absolutely recommend staying here but do advise to buy/bring groceries to Paradise Island. The stores there are pricey and have limited stock (very evident on Thanksgiving week)!"

"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

"We had an amazing time with our family at Waters Edge Villa! The views are spectacular, the villa was spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay in Nassau. Mark, the host was fantastic in communicating and answering all of our questions. Monique was awesome transporting us to wherever we needed to go. Our only wish was to stay longer! "A fantastic family trip all around there were 9 of us and MORE than enough space for everyone. We were 4-50 something’s and 5-20 something’s and fun for all. The property is spectacular! The pool and beach are amazing! The property manager was top notch, she coordinated everything from a fishing excursion to a fabulous catered dinner and everything in between. "Wonderful house with everything you could possibly need. Kind and helpful owners. Ask to rent a boat! Bonus-there is great snorkeling on either side of the sweet little pocket beach in front of the house. Sea turtles, a huge ray, tons of sea stars and sea cucumbers, some coral and lots of sea life. "Family-friendly in every way, off the beaten path, quiet, secluded piece of AMAZING!! Had everything we needed, and right on the water, with a small "aquarium" that entertained my 10yr old for hours. I will stay here again, and again, and again!!"

"The rooms at the reef are huge and have everything you need for a vacation incliding a electric stove, mini fridge, microwave and butler’s sink. The bathroom is spacious with a spacious standup shower and water room for the toilet. The staff onsite were super polite and friendly. I love that their are multiple shuttles that can get you to all the other activities and hotels on Paradise Island. This is the perfect location to stay at if you have kids. There is so much to do. Would definitely go back!"
