"We booked this villa for a bachelorette! It was plenty of space for a group of 9! It was a great location and close to the airport. Since it is hurricane season, the water from the beach does come pretty close to the house, so be mindful of that. Also be mindful that one of the rooms is outside of house; pretty much a mini guest house. "The property was nice and as advertised. Communication with owner/manager was excellent and they were really helpful. And we had a few dogs that would visit us every day :)"

"Condo was tidy and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and lots of towels. Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, etc.) Easy walk to convenient store, grocery store and Atlantis. Lovely beach for sunbathing and nice pool for swimming. Our host, John, was very communicative and responsive"

"This was a perfect spot. It was safe and conveniently located, and we had a relatively less traveled portion of the beach that felt like our own private beach. Donella, the property manager arranged pick up for us from the airport and took us to get groceries. The service and communication from John and Donella were outstanding. If we come back, we will book this stay again. "

"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

"Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. "

"Wonderful stay with the family. Great location and beach. The Golf Cart is a must for an easy access to the beach, tennis court and grocery. The condo was very clean and as described. Winnie and Reto are wonderful hosts. They made our stay very easy and faciliated renting the golf cart and car for a few days. Their driver Fred took care of the airport pick up and drop off. Would come back anytime!"

"We booked six nights at this villa for a friends 60th birthday (four couples) and we all had an amazing time!! What helped with the options of this villa was that all four rooms had queen beds (very comfortable beds I will add)- Mark was so helpful and quick to respond to questions and suggestions! My favorite activity was going right out the back gate to snorkel, kayak or just swim! The water of course is beautiful as is the amazing view, sunrises and sunsets! The guys enjoyed golf for a few...

"It was a very pleasant stay. The location is wonderful although not easy to find at first. The beach and water were awesome. The pool was also very nice and clean. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with hot water in the showers and they drain slowly. Other than that, it was wonderful."

"The rooms at the reef are huge and have everything you need for a vacation incliding a electric stove, mini fridge, microwave and butler’s sink. The bathroom is spacious with a spacious standup shower and water room for the toilet. The staff onsite were super polite and friendly. I love that their are multiple shuttles that can get you to all the other activities and hotels on Paradise Island. This is the perfect location to stay at if you have kids. There is so much to do. Would definitely go back!"
