"Chatterbox is a beautiful well kept house. It's ideally and centrally located; everything is within walking distance. It's close to the beach, supermarket, wine and liquor stores, top restaurants, bakeries and local conch and fish shacks. Service was super and communication channels with the host was excellent. No question was too insignificant to answer. The house was clean and fully furnished with top of the line appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back!"

" Not enough good things to say about the trip and the host! Chrissy had everything set up for us. Getting there was a breeze! Lovely island with the nicest people. The kids loved the golf cart, the beaches, driving around looking at Christmas lights. Would highly recommend!"

"Highly recommend Lilium Villa's, a great value. My husband and I have stayed here five times now. We love it...always clean, simple, comfortable, perfect location and beautiful views(for a great price). The owner Demetri is a very gracious host who aims to please. We appreciated the latest upgrades as well...nice cold AC added to the living area, new patio furniture and a new Weber grill. The fresh paint looks great too. Nice additions Demetri:) See you in December!!!"

"This place was amazing! Absolutely stunning view and so comfy! Perfect location, not too far from anything. We rented a jeep (a MUST!) and rented a boat from Minn’s one day (absolute MUST!) Exuma is gorgeous and this property is perfect! They had literally everything (even a waterproof speaker, snorkel gear, ice machine, espresso, and a 2 person kayak!) Make sure you know the name of the compound when you go through customs though! "

"The property was exactly as pictured and you can find yourself exploring the island or stay in. Your own ocean seemingly awaits a few stairs and a short walk from your door. Only issue for us was the Exuma maintenance of roads and street directly to and from the property. Make sure to get an SUV or Jeep for this stay. "

"My group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at Seaclusion. The house and property is beautiful, clean and has gorgeous views from every room! The beds are new and comfortable. Kitchen is clean and fully stocked with all the supplies you need. Outdoor seating is very nice to sit and watch nature. Showers are large and beautifully tiled. That all being said, there were a few issues. The hot water heater stopped working halfway through the week. We notified the agent, but it was not fixed...

The location, we would pick a different beach everyday! Deb was quick to respond if we had a question, thanks for everything! Made our 25th Anniversary very special ❤️"

"I wish I could give more than the top "5-star rating" for this property. Not only is the property represented to a T in the VRBO listing, the property manager was nothing less than "family" (she lives a few doors down), the way she catered to us during our stay. I loved the location being separated a bit from the daily noise and road/tourism traffic and makes you feel you are on your own island with immediate access to the Cay via your own small boat to cross the creek to get to town. We did...

"La casa nos pareció excepcional, por la situación, junto al mar, aunque no tiene playa cuenta con un embarcadero, en el que se puede cenar, desde el que bañarse. Al estar elevada y ser hexagonal, toda la vivienda es con ventanales, con lo que la luminosidad es impresionante, además la vivienda cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario, no solo de la propia casa sino también para la realización de todo tipo de actividades, canoa, paddle surf, snorkeling, etc. Nos recibieron en el aeropuerto y nos...

"Our stay at Shades of Blue was absolutely exquisite..... Such a beautiful home with the most amazing view of the water! Even though weather tried to ruin our time, we couldn't have picked a better place to have my wedding and to be surrounded with the people we love! The owner Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with and made things so easy! Definitely will be returning in the future!"

Encantador, comodo y elegante

"Me sorprendio british es hermozo , cada detalle es muy elegante, comodo ! Aparte me encanto el servicio de todos los empleados super amables, lo malo es que no hablan español pero hermozo el hotel y tiene una hermoza playa privada, y puedes ver todos los cruceros que llegan todo el dia! Porque se estacionan a un lado. 10/10"

"The rooms at the reef are huge and have everything you need for a vacation incliding a electric stove, mini fridge, microwave and butler’s sink. The bathroom is spacious with a spacious standup shower and water room for the toilet. The staff onsite were super polite and friendly. I love that their are multiple shuttles that can get you to all the other activities and hotels on Paradise Island. This is the perfect location to stay at if you have kids. There is so much to do. Would definitely go back!"
