"Very nice and clean suite, but a bit small on the living space and living room furnishings for two people. All kitchen utilities worked good and also the TV/Internet services provided. Being very close to SM Seaside Mall is a great plus."

"2 bedrooms are located at the 2nd floor, bathroom is on the 1st floor. It was very difficult to go down at the middle of the night to use especially you’re sleepy. I go to the restroom 2-3 times in the night. Not senior friendly. Outside hallway & elevator smells bad. "

"Evangeline, our host is a great communicator. She responded to all my messages immediately. There were some minor hiccups that she tried to quickly address. Quiet location. The WiFi is very strong, a BIG plus, A big cable tv, Netflix, etc. Best of all, the compound has a wide area to jog/run safely. I will stay there again if given another opportunity. Thanks to Rochelle and husband who came to check on the things we were not familiar to use. The unit is also a walking distance to factory...

"George is a good host, very helpful, communicative, and responsive. The building is one of the first apartment buildings in the city, and it shows. Staff are lovely but not a lot of work has been put in to upkeep the property. Cebu gives you a good slice of Filipino city life, but we found there was not a ton to do in city proper. Thank you to George for making our stay very pleasant."
