"Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. "

"Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place."

"The bathroom smelt awful. Probably from the mold that caked the hose on the shower head top to bottom. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down. The rest of the condo smelt like fried fish. The owner left us one regular towel and 2 small thin rags to last the 3 of us 3 days. There was a price list for if you used a blanket for example. It was far smaller and not nearly as nice as it was represented on Expedia. I did not enjoy my stay."

"It was nice and central to Robinson and restaurants,great for taxis,close to SM city and not far from Pall mall and SRP."

"We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. "

"This condo is the best one i rented in Cebu, the place is clean, enough place to be very comfortable, a spacious bedroom with air cooling, a perfect and large bathroom high efficiency hot water system. All facilities for cooking, a fast wi fi connection, a beautiful view on Cebu. Ayala Mall at 10 minutes walking include groceries. The owner is available if you need something and respond very rapidly. A 10/10 for this unit."

"Stayed 5 weeks in beautiful condo and well kept property. Owner and property management were very responsive to requests and wonderful to interact with. Would stay there again without hesitation."

"Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…"
