"We stayed at the Loft July 5-10 and it was fabulous as usual! Now that our kids are grown, my husband and I find these condos to be the perfect place to stay for us in Estes! Clean, easy communication with Lucky, no problems at all! Thank you!! We will be back again, hopefully soon!"

"Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding at Della Terra. We rented 3 different units for various family members. Every unit was exceptional and the location was perfect! The river location was perfect because the main road was on the opposite side of the building so you felt very secluded. We had a couple of guests out our door the morning the left. "

"Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. "We had a great stay! The property had so many amenities that I feel like the description didn’t mention, like racquet ball, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We loved that it was so pet friendly and we saw that many people staying had dogs. The only negative, is that we thought this was a ground floor unit as what is listed in the name but the unit is actually on the second floor. We try to book ground units so it’s easy to bring the dog in and out without having to bring him through...

"My husband, 2 teens and I had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The apartment is perfectly located near the grocery store, on the main road with shops and restaurants, close to parking and with beautiful views. Andy was responsive and helpful. We fell in love with Estes Park and would absolutely stay here again. "

"We stayed here for a quick summer getaway with our teenagers. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the views --- WOW. Very conveniently located, and a short drive to RMNP. Definitely would recommend."
