"Nothing can really compare to the tranquility of the property and its surroundings. We have stayed at some of the most incredible places around the world and this is truly on the top of the list. The house is beautiful, comfortable and extremely thought out. It takes a great deal of effort to try and enjoy every portion of the house and property. The beach is all yours. There is nobody around for what feels like miles. The town and its surroundings offer great food l, shopping and architecture....

"Our whole family, 8 adults and 1 toddler met at Villa Rocas for Christmas holiday. We had the most relaxing and warm Christmas. The home is beautiful, full of light bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious. Grounds are lovely to explore, everything is so well kept.Lots of room for all. Pool and hot tub put to daily use.We loved exploring nearby towns and beaches. Sunsets and whale watching was a treat. Nigel, Livy and Oscar were just lovely and so helpful. "We came to Todos Santos area to surf and eat and had loads of friends coming and going. All the rooms had ensuites, the views and fresh air were incredible! Frank and Tona were great and helped us with suggestions for local things.Will be Back "

"Had a group of 11 including 6 adults and 5 teens. House is divided into a number of suites so everyone had their own space but could hang out together. Great views from the various patios and most rooms. Pool and hot tub were great - teens loved them. Boogie boards and surf boards for guests to use. Beach is spectacular but I would caution that it’s for experienced surfers or swimmers only. There are big waves and strong rip currents. "Stayed just one night and the unit was as described. Clean and all facilities were working properly. The Property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. The hot tub was turned on at our request as it is not heated at all times. Just request a couple hours prior to use. Our family would use again in the future."

"Our family had such a great time going to the wonderful beach and enjoying all that Pescadero and Cerritos have to offer. We loved the little condo surrounded by beautiful plants. It was very clean and spacious - it had everything we needed. The host was very communicative. Hope to come back someday."
