"Rustic and charming log cabin. Almost no staff visible. Text for help. No breakfast, no food items for sale on property. Limited activities. At the base of the majestic Brazos Cliffs. Several miles from the highway and further yet to any retail. Heavily wooded. Wildlife in abundance. Enjoyed our stay, loved the wood-burning stove! Probably would not stay again nonetheless."

"My husband and I felt like we really got away from busy-ness to a peaceful, beautiful, serene neighborhood nestled far from the main highway in a tall pine tree area close to giant cliffs and the Brazos River. "Cute property. Well appointed kitchen, minus a dishwasher though. Old home, with sloping floors. This was not a problem except for the twin bedroom, where the occupant felt like she was going to roll out of bed. Leg risers or a platform to level that would be good. Good internet and tv. So much better than a hotel for hanging out.the property managers were quick to help us with a security alarm issue."

"We like this property and have stayed twice. The price is reasonable, it's dog friendly, check-out is reasonable, has a nice large living dining room for a small gathering. They provide lots of spices, flour, sugar, basic in the fridge, which is nice. The few things that could be improved -- the towels are a bit low quality. "I don’t think there is enough space to list all of the great qualities of this property!! First of all the cabin is amazing! It was just the right size for the two of us and had everything we could possibly need. It is beautifully built with the perfect mix of modern meets nature. I don’t think you could get closer to the Conejos River without being IN it!! The sounds, the smells and the scenery exceeded expectations! We were surprised to discover we had the WHOLE inn to ourselves! PLENTY of room; we could easily have had several more people with us.
