"Great House with fabulous views of Lake Fontana! Very nice recent updates. Kitchen and grill nicely appointed. Bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for our 2 adult couples.The driveway is about 1000' of uneven gravel. Very difficult passage for our sportscar. There are 43 steps down from the parking area to the house. They would be a challenge for anyone with impaired mobility."

"This house is amazing. We brought our boat and had no problem putting it in at the free public boat launch which was just around the corner. The dock is new and in great shape. The kids fished and jumped off it. There is not a lot of houses on the lake and thus not much boat traffic. There is one little restaurant that has a marina. The food was pretty good but you have to bring your own alcohol. They will deliver you pizza by boat to your house. Pretty cool. The driveway is very steep but there...

"We had a great stay! The host was quick to answer our questions. We had plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our large extended family. The photos don't do it justice! The living area has a huge vaulted ceiling, and that area is sonlarge it's a dining room plus 4 couches and several other recliners and comfy chairs. We've never had a vacation rental with enough room to seat all of us, on couches or at dining tables. House smelled wonderful when we arrived."

"Peaceful, restful cabin in the woods! We loved our stay for a weekend of relaxing and mountain biking at Jackrabbit. This cabin was sparkly clean, had everything we needed plus thoughtful extras, easy to find on a quiet dead end road surrounded by trees. It is 5 minutes from Murphy and 20 minutes to Hayesville. We were given a very reasonable last minute discounted rate. Our host responded promptly to all our questions and needs."
