"A good location in Chugiak. You don't go somewhere like this for nightlife or restaurants, but hiking, gas, a grocery store and other necessities are close. Good access to the Glenn Highway."

We drove north as far as Willow and south as far as Cooper Landing, but Eagle River had what we needed for theost part. The neighboring property was a little scary, but there were no problems."
