"The house was clean and well decorated with high end appliances and bedding and towels. The owner was gracious and helpful. It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. "We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa."

"Location was great. Plenty of space for the amount of people we had. Beds were comfortable. Tons of extras in the kitchen. The only thing that was disappointing was the spa/hot tub. It didn't heat any hotter than the pool when I called about it, I was told it was a spa and not a hot tub so it wouldn't get much warmer than the pool. In the listing of amenities, it was listed as a hot tub 2 times. It would have been a great way to relax after a long day at the parks, so that was disappointing...
