"I booked a room for 2 nights and was highly dissatisfied. The first room I was given smelled terrible and when I requested another room I was told they all smelled the same. After insisting with management for several minutes I was reluctantly given another room. Upon entering the new room, the sink was full of live bugs, but it was late so I stayed in the room regardless.
