"I will definitely stay here when I return to Lake City! The layout and details made the studio feel much larger than it really was! Quiet, within short walking distances of excellent restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery! I enjoyed the small fenced yard with picnic table with umbrella, and flowers along the entry walk."

"This property was great in so many ways: very clean, located in town, but a couple of blocks away from the busiest part, but we could walk everywhere. Getting in with the lockbox was simple and easy. Overall, we loved it and would stay again."

"My daughter and I stayed for a wedding in the mountains over Independence Day weekend. There were supposed to be four of us, but ended up only two. The studio was clean, comfortable, and adorable. We weren’t there much, so didn’t do any cooking other than making tea, since we had meals at the wedding venue, but the kitchen is well stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils. "The place was super clean, high quality soaps/linens/items in the room, amazing amenities like the hot tub, grill, fire pitt, bicycles, and outdoor patio. The host was so friendly, responsive, & kind! We will be back in Durango again and we would love to stay here again! We stayed 2 nights and the location was close to town and easy access for everything! Thank you!"
