"Prior to our stay the check-in process with AI was unable to process my identification. The software was not compatible with my phone ( I do not know why).Thankfully the Property manager quickly remedied the situation verifying my identity. When my family arrived (on time) several people were inside the residence. My wife went in to see what was going on. They were still cleaning the house and simply told her "it will be awhile".
