Shuttle service - bad
"I confirmed a shuttle service with the hotel. The shuttle service never came to pick me up to the airport. I waited for 35 minutes trying to get hold of the hotel without success. When I arrived to the hotel, no explanation was given and they denied the shuttle serviced as it was never arranged. ..."

"Siamo arrivati in un periodo molto freddo ,ma l'hotel era caldo e accogliente in quanto tutto il pavimento dell'hotel si riscalda. Le lenziola e gli asciugamani sono puliti e profumano.
