"This is a really cute, cozy house just a few steps away from the beach and just a couple of miles away from shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it has a nice patio area outside. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The one thing I would point out is there is no fence if you have dogs, and it's right next to other houses, but you can block off the patio area with a dog fence, which is what we did."

"Small and Quarky property. Perfect for A Bestie's Trip. Back yard and home were cute. My only real concern with this property is the "Door lock" on the Deck room....A light kick would defeat that pin lock easily as the handle lock is Toasted. Please consider changing that for safety reasons. Would Recommend "

"Enjoyed our stay here. There were some issues but nothing that impacted us unduly. (Ripped couch cushion with the stuffing coming out - maybe from a previous guest's dog, as we had no animals; broken blinds with tooth marks, ditto the dog; the bedroom window screen was bent enough to let insects in.) The couch is not comfortable and needs replacing - it's a loveseat, so a two-seater, and both cushions sag inward so it's not comfortable for either one or two people to sit on. It was nice to have...

"We had trouble with the internet connection but that was the only issue."

"Great house and amenities. The table tennis and air hockey were a big hit with our family. The dock was so great to have. We swam in the river and took the air tubes out. The kitchen was great; we made dinner every night. We had some trouble with the AC when we first arrived, but Vaca helped reimburse us for a fan. The location is great. We mostly heading over to Florence and up the coast. The Sweet Creek Falls trail is a must see as well. "

"The house is in a perfect location with ready access to the town and beach. Having to go through a bedroom to get to the hot tub is a little inconvenient. Having a tape/CD player is a little weird and the VHS tapes are hilarious."
