"My husband and I live in Pendleton, OR; home of the Pendleton Round-Up that takes place the second week of every September. We love to get away and enjoy the ocean! We believe this property is affordable and the location right on the beach is awesome! Views were phenomenal! We found this unit to have the “extra” amenities to make our stay comfortable. Board games, binoculars, durable high quality bedding and equipped kitchen. Less than 200 ft walk to Kyllos, where the food is excellent and wait...

"Loved our stay, extremely clean & cozy! We wanted to stay a couple more days but unfortunately they were booked so the owner suggested a place for us, he was right it was also good! Two totally different stays but both good. Kudos to him for the suggestion! We would definitely stay here again! "

"Beautiful place. My only issue is the bed is raised. At 4'11" I had a hard time getting into it. A family with 3 kids was staying in the condo above us and were very noisy. But again the condo was well equipped and gorgeous"

"Last year we had stayed at one of the other units of the condo and decided we needed a bit of an upgrade. This condo delivered!!! It was clean, well furnished and had such thoughtful touches. We needed to talk to the management and got right through- they answered our questions and were friendly and knowledgeable. The view was jaw dropping! We love Rockaway Beach. "

"Afer a rocky time entering the unit, everything went very well. The door code wouldn't work, but that was resolved after a couple of phone calls and a couple of text messages and some lost time. The unit itself was nice and the location and view were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the help from an employee from those units who was very knowledgable."

"This is a nice place. Great location, easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants & grocery stores, very quiet. We arrived exactly at check-in time, and the housekeeper appeared to be right in the middle of cleaning up after the previous guests. It wasn’t a big problem, just headed to the beach for an hour, then came back, and the room was ready.The place could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, but other than that, had a very enjoyable stay, hope to return in the future."

"Spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was lovely, and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Excellent location just minutes from the turnaround. Property management was very communicative, and they sweetly left a balloon and chocolate for our special occasion. A very nice and personal touch! Front desk staff was also very friendly."
