"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

"Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité...

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Graziellas Villa mit viel Platz, Zimmer und Bad für zwei Familien (drei wären auch machbar), einem großen, sauberen Pool und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, die Lagunen, und die schöne Aussicht genossen und gleichzeitig ist man mit den Toktoks schnell in die Stadt zum Essen oder Shoppen, oder auch zum Strand gekommen. Die Strände sind leider alle außer dem Buzzha Strand (vor allem zum Kiten, aber auch für Kinder geeignet)...

"Es war das erste mal, das wir nach Ägypten reisten. Es war sehr sehr schön. Wir müssen uns beim Aladdin für die Betreuung ganz herzlich bedanken weil schon ab Abholung vom Flughafen waren wir von ihm sehr begeistert. Wir wollten eine Bewertung schreiben aber wir würden nichts neues und anderes schreiben können was schon vor uns Heike und Maurice geschrieben haben. Wir haben uns von dem beiden Bewertungen inspirieren lassen und wir waren nicht enttäuscht! Die Zeit im Februar war so schön dass...

"When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and accommodating."

"La casa es muy bonita y está perfectamente acondicionada para disfrutar de unos dias de descanso. La cocina está super equipada, tiene de todo. La terraza jardín es muy íntima y los baños en la piscina a cualquier hora han sido una gozada. Está cerca del centro de Gouna si quieres salir pero nosotros hemos estado encantados en la casa que ofrece todas las comodidades. Para repetir."

"I do not recommend this property for anyone because they are Tricky Misleading and Dishonesty where: 1. They listed their location in ElGouna but they are NOT 2. "I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – egal, welches Anliegen ich hatte, mir wurde immer sofort und freundlich geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt: wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nah am Meer. Anders als viele andere Hotels in der Gegend ist es angenehm still, sodass man wirklich entspannen kann."
