"Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

"Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité...

"La casa es muy bonita y está perfectamente acondicionada para disfrutar de unos dias de descanso. La cocina está super equipada, tiene de todo. La terraza jardín es muy íntima y los baños en la piscina a cualquier hora han sido una gozada. "What a wonderful stay. Right from the beginning we had amazing communication with our host. He was able to supply some additional fans for the 2 autistic children we had travelling with us. Just before our stay we had a what app group where we were able to ask questions and had full support from the hosts very accommodating team. Durch die Tuk Tuk´s ist man sehr gut in ganz El Gouna angebunden und man benötigt kein eigenes Fahrzeug. "Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property- the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "The hotel is great and very nice. Hotel area is really good with a lot of beach chairs. The rooms are very comfortable and big. Food was good, breakfast was nice. Some of the things that we didn’t like: The reception was under staffed. We always had to wait for a long time just to ask questions. They really need a concierge area. Tuk tuk system to get out of the hotel could take a while some days. Time consuming. No taxi system. Gym needs improvement for sure. "
