"Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂. "The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense....

"Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende wirklich ausgezeichnet. An der Rezeption wurden wir von Ahmed empfangen ihm gilt ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön, da er sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stets um uns gekümmert hat. Er macht seine Arbeit sehr professionell. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Essen ist hervorragend und das gesamte Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!"
