"Upon arrival, found pest control bill and mice poison packet in front door. While in garage witnessed mouse running through. Found mouse dropping on couple beds and in kitchen drawers. Let the owner know the next morning, she told me that the cleaner was here the day before. After the weekend she asked how she should make it up to us. I asked for $100 refund (The cleaning fee). I have not hear any thing for the owner in two week now."
