"We had a very enjoyable short stay at The Canford. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly (Terry, Ross, Ellie, Lena, Taly). Our room was an Accessible room (although we didn't specifically book one) and was quite large and very comfortable, with a large, well-appointed bathroom. "We booked the family room for a group of 5. The setup was a large king size bed, double sofa bed and a single foldable bed. The king size bed was lovely to sleep on. The single bed could not be used as it was so bad, the floor was a more comfortable space to sleep. The sofa bed is probably the worst sofa bed I have slept on. The mattress had no support and I ended up with back pain every morning. I mean I have an Ikea sofa bed, average priced one and that is 1000 times better than this sofa...
