"Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We walked or used a tuk tuk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Recommended. "

Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . "Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10"

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

"La experiencia horrible hay una discoteca Chile Chill Out no sé cómo se llama al lado justo del hotel y suena durante todo el fin de semana desde las 10 de la noche hasta las 6:30 de la mañana imposible dormir cerca del hotel aparte el hotel está mal cuidado el ascensor funciona relativamente mal y el servicio muy justo"

"The hotel was great, we especially loved the roof-top with the pool, jacuzzis, bars and gym. It felt like an oasis in the middle of the big city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The only downside is the area; even though the hotel is by the sea, there's a lot of traffic and not appealing to take a walk."
