It didn't match with the room we booked However they were very responsive and helpful and they gave us a better room for the second night. "The property is bit old but well kept and quite spacious. I was glad to be upgraded to higher category room on a recently done up floor. The bed was very nice good for proper sleep. The only complaint I have is that although my package included one way air transport, hotel did not honor it and advised me to approach Hotels.com. which I did not know how to do. "
