"The restaurant by the lagoon was amazing, the food was superb and prices are the best… also the temperature-controlled Pool is great! The not so good things are: the reception force you to pay a deposit fee which caught me off guard as my stay was prepaid by credit card in full. The room was facing the parking lot instead of the water side which was a boomer, and it had a water leakage in the bathroom on which I almost fell. "The service is great and the facilities are amazing in general. The two facts that were somewhat disappointing were: 1) the elevator takes too long to reach any floor and it can barely fit 1 people with luggage. 2) on the first night, we were on the first floor and the music from the bar, the yelling and laughing of people would not let us sleep until past 2 am.
