"The service is great and the facilities are amazing in general. The two facts that were somewhat disappointing were: 1) the elevator takes too long to reach any floor and it can barely fit 1 people with luggage. 2) on the first night, we were on the first floor and the music from the bar, the yelling and laughing of people would not let us sleep until past 2 am.
