Kudos to the person who prepared it. There are 24 hours security so we felt safe. The amenities was perfect, and everything was in good condition. Even thought the location is a little distance from downtown Georgetown, I believe it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again."

"The propertvis as described, exactly like photos. All amenities are as stated. Wayne is very helpfull and accomdating. He responded promptly and supplied any request. The location is great, but the nearby road works was a slight inconvenience, but this is outside of Wayne's control, and hopefully this will not occur when the works are completed. I felt very safe in the area to walk on my own. It is walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and municipal market. Giftland mall and movietown...
