Great a/c, mattresses, bathrooms, close to lots of food options, buses, the zoo and botanical gardens. The roof top gazebo and gym were unique and had stunning views. Highly recommend!"

"I had an excellent stay at this property. Communication with Jennifer was great and she was extremely attentive in making our stay comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrive. Kudos to the person who prepared it. There are 24 hours security so we felt safe. The amenities was perfect, and everything was in good condition. Even thought the location is a little distance from downtown Georgetown, I believe it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very quiet neighborhood, apartment was very clean and well kept. The only drawbacks as mention to the landlady was the water pressure in the shower, is painstakingly slow. Also there is only one A/C unit in the apartment which is in the bedroom but the WiFi signal is unstable in the bedroom so you have bare the heat in the living area if you have to work on your laptop. Would definitely try again and if these small adjustments are made then this apartment will be my go to place when I am in...

"This was the second stay for some in our party. The host was great. He stayed in communication throughout the stay and was able to arrange transportation for us one day when we didn’t have someone to drive. The location is secure with nice amenities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house fit our needs perfectly. We would stay there again."

"Property is located away from main road in an area undergoing development so car would be advisable as its long walk to main road for transport links / taxis . It is approx 15mins drive to George Town and Jedda Chaggan Airport is 1.15/30 mins away. The soft furnishings / furniture as seen in photographs is different from that pictured but apartment was very comfortable & clean. However kitchen could be better stocked with everyday kitchen untensils/ ovenware & provide the use of an ironing...

Improvements can be made

"The hotel can clear the rooms without the guest requesting it just like restocking the fridge with water. Also, rooms in the annex can open without the key and that´s not safe when guests have valuable things that cannot be carried around outside the hotel."
