It is a basement apartment so there is a little noise from upstairs but not bad at all! Totally worth the stay. Very cute apartment, great host, very affordable. "

"The house was a really comfortable size for a group of 13. 3 couples and the others were early 20’s children. Everyone was able to sleep in beds without requiring 20 year old siblings to share beds. Great Kitchen that we used primarily as a gathering spot but groups that would want to cook in house certainly would not be disappointed. Highly recommended the place for a large group stay! "
